With all due respect, there are over 90 senior lenders whose contingency plans would not all be aligned in the event of a no vote. I don't think all 90 would choose to have cer an as unlisted vehicle with no recourse for redemption and screw over themselves to just to prove a point.
Also cnp s/holders weren't screwed over. They're being offered 5c in an investment that has negative equity.
