CNP is currently trading at approx 3c and the 5.03c offer is HIGHLY conditional. The market clearly does not think it will come to pass. If you are correct however (and they are going to get 5c), here is a golden opportunity for us all to make a 67% return. What a killing.

5.03c for a 3c outlay is a wonderful return.

You do great research and I take my hat off to you for that but I dont think you seriously meant to encourage anyone into CNP for the (v uncertain) 5c return.
