They do sound like they want to gain a substantial long term footing in Australia when I spoke to them. I think the short term share price is pretty inconsequential and they are more interested in long term company building.
This is definitely a stock to hold for a long, long time as we will reap the benefits of what they are doing in relation the ready markets they have, the infrastructure they now posses as well as the large resource.
For myself the heads are now the way to go. While I think the future is exceptionally bright for the company, the ambiguous time frames, unanswered funding questions and somewhat unorthodox corporate methods means that in my view the options are a bit risky.
You would not want to be caught without any stock if something transpires but for me its just the heads now. Might not be as profitable in the end and I will be taking a smaller position but I will feel better.
