It doesn't really matter what the company has told him
over the phone, it is worth less than the toilet paper I use.

We already had this debate about 2 weeks ago when the bs vendors here were claiming the stock is about to relist because that's what someone from the company told them over the phone. So what happened?

A 2 bit company will say anything on the phone, the real test is when you ask them to put it in writing or better yet, release it to the market.

It has been trying to raise $3m since at least 17 June and counting. How long does it take to raise that small amount? Especially for a company purported to have a unique product and 10,000 stores lining up to stock it LOL

All hype and not much else.
