    In these cases the person buying the shares was prosecuted NOT the director that passed the information.

    Re the Rivkin case, isn't it funny how he was put in Jail for trading in $10,000 of Qantas shares, yet Dixon, a director, was going to get over $100m for organising the private equity buyout - I know its off subject but imagine where Qantas would be if it went through.
