spoke with Managemnt. Some of you may not agree with my view.

1. I praised them that they took fate in their own hands and started legal battle.

2. Native Title case should finish sometime next 2-3 months. Very good chance there. It will allow us to commence project again.Hence the SP should react.

3. Misleadinga and deseptive conduct case. That can go for longer. It could be next year. Remember this case will allow us to RETAIN 100% of the lease.

IT IS VERY GOOD INVESMENT OF YOUR TIME should we get 100%

4. Comment from managment was : we would not have started this case ( Misleading and deseptive conduct if we believed we can loose)

5. Managment is privy to confidential inforamtion thus they DO NOT BUY.


6.Many abusive phone call been received.


7. We sit on world class deposit ( top 5) , it is approved by goverment , it is in best uranium province. 25% stake of someting as big as 4mile worth over $400mln at least.

IMAGIVE if we get 100% back - is it a fight worth wathing?
that would be very handy for begining of 2013 when Nuk agreement supply from Russia is up.


8. There is no downside even if cases are lost. ( minimal damages)


Again , this investment is not for one one or two month.
