I thought Aptar's involvement was purely to provide the dosing apparatus and technical smarts from having had a product that has previously been approved by the FDA for nasal applicator purposes. LTP get to leverage off Aptar's product expertise having successfully been through the FDA approval process and Aptar benefits via their product being an integral part of the Spontan IP exclusivity via the FDA approval process. From previous announcements / interviews I was under the impression that LTP were entertaining the online Tele Health type system to aid with the sales and distribution of the Spontan product.
