You are a lucky man Spongieman (guess you/ll have to change that user name now, hey!). I was not so lucky. For the sake of balanced reporting I should share my experience.
I have tried Spontan a number of times, with zero success, even though I was advised I would be a perfect candidate. At first it caused me to sneeze uncontrollably, but I overcame this (pretty much) and experimented with different positions in the nose, etc. I even tried fasting and no alcohol.
In hindsight I should not be surprised. Spontan studies were all done on healthy young males under fasting conditions, not their target market, struggling older buggars like me. It could be said this was akin to testing a cancer drug on people without cancer!
Oh well, life continues...onwards and upwards...hopefully.
