Without getting into too much detail, it best described as being akin to a jiffy firelighter. Put a match to it and it starts a flame to burn the the wood. Spontan is the flame that kickstarts the fire, but you also need the other things (touch, feel, visual stimulation etc) to make the fire combust. I consumed after food and alcohol and ni issues. I had some mild sneezing for a minute or two after taking it, and that was it.
