Spoofing, page-27

Am not sure how someone placing a possible buy/sell is real manipulation.
If I buy a share it is a belief that I am on a winner.Have been very frequently wrong.
I guess my question is... how does someone actually crank the market so their real desire actually happens ???
I understand that it happens, but do not understand that a person can really, actually, crank it physically to their desired outcome.
They can my 156000 shares for 50c for the first 60k & $3 for the other 96k in two years.*smirk*
