Spooked out of buying PACT shares over the past year

Over the past year or so I’ve watched with great interest as the PACT share price fell eager to buy more shares myself. However what spooked me off doing this was the sudden lack of action from RG. From being a regular buyer RG suddenly stopped. At the time I didn’t know he was planning a takeover so was wondering if maybe he’d just reached some kind of ownership limit. I also saw William’s posts wondering why the CEO wasn’t buying any PACT shares either. I guess he had an idea about RG’s intentions

Both of these things spooked me off buying more PACT shares despite the shares looking great value
