We wouldn't expect any volume without the CASA announcement. 99.99% of the market are unaware of SFI at the moment and without the announcement to draw their attention SFI will slip through the filters.
With the share price already breaking out to all time highs, when the volume explodes post the announcement this is going to fly. All holders are now in profit (by definition of all time highs) so no one has any excuse to sell, especially with commercialisation due any day now.
The share price tells us the announcement is very close.
