    June 2015 but they likely paid around $670-700 million USD for the company and it would've been based on generous margins prior the the entrance of NEA. It's likely that they will have to rethink their strategy if they want to to win any larger tenders. They have already missed out on a few big ones that NEA has secured. (NYC Dot, Washington DC DoT and counties)
