Well NEA have been in the US for what, two years now? Seems like they haven't really made a huge dent into EV's market share yet, so it currently looks like people are happy to stay for the time being. That could change if NEA uses their cash pile to aggressively market themselves. The question then becomes can EV change their model and price faster than NEA can steal their clients and compete for new ones.
