Would it be fair to say option 1 and two relate to ones credit?

If you do not have the funds to buy and hold then option two for a point here and there is a great return, perhaps an income for some.

If you can pack away your 500k or million lots and sit and wait option 1 is the way to go.

The question is how to make CVI more appealing to option 1 holders and to push out the point pushers and then let it run??

Besides great ann or share consolidation I personally have no answer to this.
