Sports hero app keeps getting negative reviews in app stores.
Customers are seemingly having a hard time converting coins into rewards or others are making correct predictions without being awarded points. Not sure what exactly is going on but customer sentiment seems fairly negative on the app experience.
Does anyone know if there are any plans for updates or improvements to the app?
Company seems to be losing focus on the customer exp which is a massive problem for growing share price.
Im down 50% on this stock which has now become a dog in my portfolio. A further decline and i will cut and run.
