The proposed sale of Sportsgirl & Suzanne should provide another good insight into appetite for retail assets in the current environment. Although these are bigger businesses (media reports suggest they could be worth $300m+), and the owners have tried unsuccessfully to sell these assets a couple of times in recent years, it should be good to watch and provide some insight into valuations, particilarly for Review.
