    No, a good CEO will do his/her own checks. Whatever you do with "improvement teams" you will end up with another little empire and more BS.

    Better off getting of his back side and spending some time with the troops, bypassing all the levels of management BS and getting to the truth. It shouldn't be too hard with NCM. It does not have many sites.
