Big strength on NIC this week given the broader sell-off in the market. Very positive signs.
In some ways I'm happy if the SP continues to languish well below fair value, gives me a chance to buy more on the cheap. Eventually the market will catch-up - or the company will be able to start paying out a healthy dividend with 80% ownership of quality assets. And that's assuming there's no takeover!
Settle in and get comfortable imo.
