A valid concern, but remember that the delivery period for this off-take is over five years beginning in 2019 (so the obligation to provide uranium for no additional cash will be spread out over this time). Assuming no black swan events like Fukushima between now and then I trust the consensus forecasts that nuclear energy demand together with the price of uranium and subsequently PDN's balance sheet will all be greater four and a half years from now.
