It's disappointing but I'm not sure why anyone expected the spot price to rise on no extra demand. Japan has not started it's reactors. They still have an excess inventory and it may be quite some time before that changes. Eventually we will see a spot price rise as more utilities come online and the inventories are used up but I can't see us being near that yet. It's good to be excited but not without being realistic.
