If you look at the 2004+ uranium SP boom, early sentiment did make a huge impact - in fact preceded 6-12 months easy, and arguably 18 months prior to big spot move. But when spot moved, oh boy did it move.
As usual, a previous similar situation may have no relevance to this current situation.
