PEN SP performance of late resembles a big slug. There are 26m shares on the offer from 11c to 16.5c We need one huge catalyst to soak up that wipe out all those shares so we can climb above the ceiling at 16.5c. We still have a low MC relative to peers. It would be nice to see some FOMO for this stock.
