My initial thought was its a fraud. It always seems at iron ore contract negotiation time the Chinese find the worlds largest IO deposit somewhere in china, only for it to be low grade and km's underground if it exists at all. With the uranium price continuing to climb maybe they wanted to try and put the brakes on it for awhile by beating up a story. On the flip side, it could be true.
