Personally, and this is just my opinion, I think CNNC have been selling into the spot market to keep the price down to renegotiate better terms on the 24% purchase of the Langer Heinrich mine from Paladin.
Paladin are pushing hard with plan B options if this sale doesn't proceed which is making CNNC think twice about continuing down this path.
In the meantime consensus suggests that the Trump administration is supporting of the nuclear power industry in the US.
Just my opinion.
