Basically India is taking up the (Aussie) thermal coal China said it didn't want and China is using crappy (low calorific value and high sulphur) Indonesia coal and others.
Of course both will go to the Nov Glasgow Conference and faithfully promise thye are going to produce less green house gasses. (I hope I'm not being too cynical).
All IMVHO.
