Department of trade in China now has the green lights.
AS I HAVE SAID before, during the transition period, most department in China will stop doing all business until the official order come through from the top.

Iron is most in needs in China for the next decade and GBG will definite become No. 4 or above. due to GBG has the contact buyer, and NO.3 don't.
