You are spot on, Mr Bond, especially since Biden just paid a State visit to Canada where he stated to Trudeau that because of its proximity to the US and its abundance of vital minerals, especially lithium and cobalt, appropriate Canadian mining companies would be nominated to receive grants (freebies) from the $250m stockpile the American Armed Forces has set aside to encourage North American mining development in order to alleviate America's dependence on China
