Creeping towards the GS prediction of 1200 and they predicting a pull back in 25 to 800 , slight recovery in 26 to 900 before back to triple figures. Few others around that mark.
Obviously a bull case too mostly on Chinese demand and projects delayed. These are not in the majority but backed by industry prediction like those from PLS.
The large percentage of shorts in the hard rock only producers, indicate they are probably using these numbers as a guide?
Feel that the 2024 prediction may get a bit higher at present. Chinese policies will impact..
Articles, recently highlighting GS can get timing wrong with predictions but generally with direction they are correct. Even if it is artificially structured to increase own positions.
If they are correct, then this should keep rising steadily then fall off.
