It looks like Honda and Nissan see the value in Mitsubishi's battery systems and tech in monitoring battery stability which is being deployed around the world via Mitsubishi Power including defense in OZ.
The idea for EV'S; the batteries are leased, meaning residual value of the vehicle will not drop.
The second wave of mass produced EV'S will be Japanese with no Chinese content.IMO.
Nth America is a very big market for them not to mention Honda in Canada.
