    A ship load of BCE needs to travel through the wet tropics to reach the chindia/European/African market where Tata will require our product.
    The inferior product caught fire in dry, temperate o' Victoria. How will it go on a ship crossing the equator at 95% humidity?
    Has that shipping channel into the LV been dug yet? LOL
