Hi UTSStudent,
I agree, one would presume the Japanese understand the sensitivity of uranium with the populace and are managing their communications around that while also understanding the bigger picture and the implications for the country if they dont come back on line with Uranium fueled power stations.
In the end private or public companies are the same, "you cant let the cat out of the bag" until the right moment.
