Who are these jokers trying to buy on the cheap at 40.5 cents?? Jokers. Why don't you fork out some real money.
Whatever happened to the Chinese that were interested in PDN a year ago? Maybe it is them keeping the price artificially low to try and offer something ridiculous like 80 cents per share to buy the whole company.
