I just looked at it now, it is certianly is not helping. It appears the U price is going to test the lows of Dec 2016. It is usually how it works, not always but most of the time. The volumes are very low in PDN, in fact way too low, lots of little trades, there is no big mover either in or out. I appears to me there are quite a few traders who got involved on the first 2-3 days of trading that have been caught holding the stock and are cutting positions. The trade is too thin to suggest any real buying or selling. We should know the fate of PDN in the very near future. If they pull off any of the deals that are on the table the stock will run hard. At the moment we are all in limbo.
