Unfolds is probably not the best choice of words.

Not only has the debt problem caught up with them in a big way but the one thing that could have helped them to have some sort of existence post sale to CNNC was a reasonable valuation. But right in the middle of valuation process the Spot Price of U has fallen 20%.

IMO this is a huge blow to PDN's chance of coming out of the situation with a future. The valuation will be done on the current value, not some mythical future value.

The fall in the U price will be IMO the final nail in the coffin.
