That is a very sensible resolution i IMO...what i could not understand at the time of the capital return announcement was the Board
abandoned the Share buy back programme ?? after only 3 months ...buying less than 20% of the $100m earmarked.
and more is the point there was No explanation from the Board as to why. Transparency is again lacking IMO.
Dont know whether we are afforded the opportunity to raise this at the up coming EGM....
