Ideas like yours and SP's are fine, but they are outside of the current scope of the 10/12 buyback.
It would need a shareholder vote to undertake, which may be a breeze to achieve, but it reduces the simplicity.
I'm not sure a large buyback is a better tool for value than the capital return. I'm sure the board looked at all options over the recent past and chose this form of value accretion.
