Am watching this space with a moderate but cautious interest. I think that its an opportune time to take a closer at the nuclear sector. I note some tight range spot price action in the previous 5 years and the sector has certainly been trending down from its highs 10 years ago. I would be interested in looking at conditions precedent to the last uranium price spike and comparing inventory levels at that point, interest rates, economic cycle, global aggregate demand, and perhaps a view of timing i.e. if GFC is equivalent to a pandemic event, how long did it take for "pent up demand" to kick in and drive spot prices, or contract supply agreements?

Currently am watching DYL and PDN. PDN state they are ready to start up production and I presume DYL are similar unless I am mistaken on this. DYL historical data show revenue earnings from sales.

PDN were once part of the ASX200 so it provides perspective about where they came (or fallen) from. Their shares are significantly diluted compared to DYL, so I wouldnt be surpised if PDN take steps to consolidate even though this probably isn't necessary. I suspect DYL have a better financial position than PDN, however a near term rise in prices of uranium will certainly pay PDN debt down very quickly and would be a game changer for the company.
