For me, it seems the spot price is not moving past the current level despite the rise from the bottom we saw recently that got me interested again. I am still holding ERA bought pre Fukushima and started sniffing around PDN when I saw the U price move because I thought PDN was more leveraged into a recovery in U price.  While I still hope, I am not optimistic because of the price data and because I briefly spoke to a guy who was involved with the inquiry into domestic nuclear power a few years ago and he seemed negative on nuclear, and thought U would stay in an oversupply situation and price would stay down for the next 12 months at least.  Maybe he is no longer up with the industry and maybe I misinterpreted his comments.
