So what's going on here? After completing the CR SP starts to slump? What's the game behind this? Is it because of the retreat of spot prices?
Cigar Lake is re-opened. At most it adds 18mlb per year. If the theory of much bigger deficit is true, why the spot price would retreat? CCJ SP is down in recent sessions as well. Why would they re-open CL to harm themselves?
