From what I am reading, there is minuscule volume available for sale at spot with few active buyers at present. Hence spot price is drifting. PDN state that only 52% of actual utilities usage has been purchased in the past 8yrs, so reserves must be dwindling down with a return to buying soon (assuming utility purchasing is 5-10yrs in advance). Everyone waiting for the inevitable Demand/ Supply thesis to play out.... Good buying at this current dip IMO. DYOR!
