Fair call and I accept your view is reasonable re management. However, this single paragraph irks me (and no doubt p@ssed off a few analysts):

"Typically, the returns for our business have a greater skew to the second half than the first half - and we expect this to be even more pronounced in FY17."

Don't make broad generalisations like this. Be specific on the expected effect e.g. we expect the first half impact to be 10% less than 1st half FY16. At least this way we are not guessing. At this point in time can anyone say if we are slipping into a first half loss or not??? We are just left to speculate. And this is why the price has fallen off a cliff.

Mr Shepherd, I have one suggestion: better manage investor expectations!!!
