PSY chose not to accept the proposal.
I reckon thats a good sign.
Most speccies would just accept any cash they can get.
these guys seem to not have wanted to sell us out cheap - i think thats a positive reflection on management.
if anything, it might make the share price go higher, as theres confirmations that people are interested in psy.
