Based on individual stocks, ARR never borrowed money from bank or financial institution. So in reality, interest hike would have no effect. However, big investors always used interest hikes panic as an opportunity to buy low. Coversely shorters used this panic as an opportunity to make money. Though ARR has no bank loan, the impact felt across the board, but impact would be short for ARR in particular
