My point is that Mel Sanderson uses her access-restricted high-rise condo in Phoenix as the “known place of business” for her three companies – Africa Business Opportunities LLC; MECA Mining Environmental and Cultural Advisors LLC; and Mel Sanderson Consulting LLC – in public filings with the Arizona Corporation Commission. I have nothing against start-ups being run with a laptop from the kitchen table, but that’s not what it takes to be listed on Nasdaq and it is not surprising that the share price drops when management aspires to such pretensions.

I have not threatened to sue anyone. I have no damages from the slander here, I should probably pay for the entertainment. I am occasionally the target of suggestions by shareholders that someone should sue me.Just as I have been a visitor to other residents at Regency House, I have dined at YC’s Mongolian Barbecue, which happens to be across the street from AZL’s Tempe “research centre.” It’s where I eat when I am in Tempe. It is not a takeaway joint. While I was there I took a photo of the AZL facility last year, and some people thought I was stalking the company. Do your own research, but don’t go near the water.
