My preliminary economic assessment is that it costs a lot of money to move dirt back into an empty pit mine after the minerals have been removed. Probably more than it cost to remove it, but that's what you have to do when reclamation is law of the land. So with ARR you have many interesting geological facts about land under (someone else's) private ownership in Wyoming, but maybe some chance of making money in Arizona and Nevada.
