For non-US companies, here are the listing requirements for the ‘market value’ listing method.

Market Value of listed securities Standard (must meet all the following requirements).

Market value of listed securities of at least $35 million dollars.
At least 500,000 publicly held shares.
Publicly held shares with a market value of at least $1 million dollars.
At least two market makers.
Minimum bid price of at least $1 dollar per share.
At least 300 public holders.
n.b. For US-based companies (which I understand we are aiming to be), we would need a $50m market cap.

Now, I have gleaned the above from 10 minutes research and I’m sure it is likely more complex, however, the $175m market cap requirement flaunted by our friend life free is blatantly incorrect. Make what you will for everything else they are saying…..agenda anyone?

We should be absolutely fine.
