LF if you are so lazy, Western Rare-Earths (US subsidiary of ARR) is a CMI Team member that has a CMI research subcontract. They have a project that has been approved by the CMI Director, and ARR has also signed a Non-disclosure Agreement and Intellectual Property Management plan.
