You can't have it both ways. Is it a deep sea bed deposit, or is it waste from a desalination process? And the Oregon company mentioned in the article is alive and doing well, still privately held so no need to issue monthly videos whether anything is happening or not.
The question is not where REE will be least expensive to extract today, but what process will work best in five years, the earliest that ARR has any hope to be mining dirt they don't own under land they don't own.
