I'm not talking about seabed mining, I'm talking about seawater extraction. But if you want to bring up the 21 countries that have agreed to a moratorium on seabed mining, then the other 100+ countries should be mentioned also. According to this article, the pro-mining coalition includes China, Russia, Norway, Japan and South Korea. If they can find REE underwater at a lower cost, it means ARR is wasting its time looking under Wyoming.
